Finland onderzoekt de storing van een onderzeese elektriciteitskabel op woensdagmiddag. De kabel loopt tussen Finland en Estland. Het hoofd van de Finse netbeheerder sluit sabotage niet uit. Niemand kwam zonder stroom te zitten door de storing.
