In de Indiase hoofdstad New Delhi is woensdag de temperatuur gestegen naar 52,3 graden, meldt het Indiase weerinstituut. Dat is de hoogste temperatuur die ooit gemeten is in het land, dat waarschuwt voor een hittegolf. Ook in Finland is het uitzonderlijk warm.
