Voor de provincies Zeeland, Zuid-Holland, Noord-Holland, Flevoland, Friesland en de Waddeneilanden geldt vanaf dinsdagavond code geel vanwege zware windstoten. Zo heftig als tijdens storm Isha, die maandag over Nederland trok, wordt het niet.
