Op het eerste partijcongres van Nieuw Sociaal Contract (NSC), zijn de bezoekers blij, verrast en geëmotioneerd. De partij is in korte tijd uit de grond gestampt. En dat gaat vooralsnog allemaal goed, alleen partij-oprichter Pieter Omtzigt ziet zelf ook dat het wel erg snel gaat allemaal.
