Duitsland gaat net als Tsjechië en Polen strengere grenscontroles invoeren tegen illegale migratie. De landen doen dit vanwege de flink stijgende migratiecijfers. Maar de timing is ook opvallend: in Duitsland en Polen staan verkiezingen op de agenda.
