De Thaise oud-premier Thaksin Shinawatra is dinsdag na vijftien jaar teruggegaan Thailand. Mogelijk besloot de 74-jarige Thaksin daartoe vanwege een deal met de nieuwe regering. Hij werd bij aankomst gelijk vastgezet.
