Staatssecretaris Eric van der Burg (Asiel) wil binnen een maand drie tot vier ‘overlooplocaties’ voor asielzoekers inrichten. Zulke locaties moeten gebruikt worden als wachtkamer om onbeheersbare drukte in Ter Apel te voorkomen.
