Op 4 mei gaat de Nederlandse vlag halfstok. Op 5 mei mag onze driekleur in top. Maar wat zijn eigenlijk de regels rondom het vlaggen? En krijg je een boete als je de vlag ondersteboven ophangt? Source: News
