Als het aan het kabinet ligt, gaan we via de verbranding van ons restafval grootschalig CO2 uit de lucht halen. Maar de afvalbranche heeft haar twijfels of het lukt om al in 2030 miljoenen tonnen CO2 onder de zee op te slaan.
