De Europese Unie is bereid Belarus nieuwe sancties op te leggen als daar Russische kernwapens worden geplaatst, meldt buitenlandchef Josep Borrell zondag op Twitter. Volgens hem staat de EU klaar “om te reageren met verdere sancties”.
