De Duitse regering heeft een wetsvoorstel goedgekeurd dat het mogelijk moet maken cannabis in de privésfeer te gebruiken. Als het parlement er ook mee instemt, behoort Duitsland tot de landen met de soepelste cannabiswetgeving van Europa.
