De Russische president Vladimir Poetin is maandag in Mongolië aangekomen. Het is zijn eerste bezoek in een land dat is aangesloten bij het Internationaal Strafhof (ICC), dat in maart vorig jaar een arrestatiebevel tegen hem uitvaardigde.
