Het is voor Nederland (net) haalbaar om de uitstoot van broeikasgassen met 90 procent terug te dringen in 2040. Internationaal gezien is zo’n doel ook (min of meer) rechtvaardig, concludeert het Planbureau voor de Leefomgeving dinsdag.
