Het Internationaal Strafhof (ICC) begint een voorlopige zaak tegen Joseph Kony. De Oegandese militieleider en oorlogscrimineel wordt al sinds 2005 gezocht. Zijn naam werd wereldwijd pas echt bekend door de documentaire Kony2012.
